how to enroll

Enroll May 7 – May 21, 2025

Complete your enrollment in UKG by following these steps:

  1. LOG IN

    Log in to UKG at ukg.artic.edu; go to Menu > Myself > Benefits > Manage My Benefits, then from the landing page select Get Started.

  2. CHOOSE DEPENDENTS

    Please verify your and your dependent’s information before proceeding. If you are enrolling a dependent for the first time, select Add Family Members.

  3. CHOOSE BENEFITS

    Shop for benefits by following the prompts.

  4. REVIEW & CONFIRM

    Review your elections/changes and select Review and Checkout. After checking out, your enrollment will be complete.

NOTE: You will see your completed enrollment elections on the confirmation page, and you can also request a confirmation statement be emailed to you.

Adding dependent(s) to your coverage?

Please make sure to complete and upload copies of the Health Plan Dependent Affidavit. Visit ukg.artic.edu for additional details.

Enrolling in the Blue PPO + HSA plan? Open your HSA.

You’ll receive welcome materials from Voya with instructions for opening your HSA. Your debit card will be mailed separately.
